Products under Assisted Living Pte Ltd are warranted against defects in manufacturing materials and workmanship for a period as stated on product details, commencing on the date of purchase. At Assisted Living’s option, we may repair or replace parts or units that are determined to be defective by our technical team and are covered by this warranty.
In case of manufacturing defects and no other reasons, customers are entitled for an exchange within the first seven (7) days of purchase. No refund shall be given.
This warranty is subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
- This warranty is valid for products purchased from Assisted Living’s authorised sellers in Singapore only, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. Warranty service may only be performed by Assisted Living Pte Ltd.
- This warranty is available to the customer named. It is not transferable, negotiable, or be assigned to a third party.
- The warranty must be registered on our website: https://www.assistedliving.com.sg/warranty-registration/ within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Failure to do so may result in warranty being void.
- For warranty services, kindly contact Assisted Living Pte Ltd and schedule a date to bring in your product for assessment and servicing.
Warranty is NULL & VOID in the following cases:
- Failure to present Original Receipt & Warranty Registration confirmation.
- Failure to provide complete information in the Online Warranty Registration Form
- If the Warranty Registration confirmation is altered or defaced in any manner whatsoever.
- If the Warranty Registration is not received by Assisted Living Pte Ltd within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Wear & tear.
- Use other than in accordance with the instruction manual and/or proper function.
- Unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications.
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident however it is caused.
- Rough handling.
Exclusions for wheelchairs and commodes:
- Warranty is only available to the product’s frame.
- ABS plastic housings and footrest covers (wear items and not warranted)
- Tyres and upholstery (wear items and not warranted)
- Self-repair or replacement parts without permission by Assisted Living Pte Ltd
- Damaged parts resulting from an accident.
- Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance or storage as determined by Assisted Living Pte Ltd.
- Damage caused by commercial use or uses other than normal.
Others:
- Home servicing is not available.
- Respective charges apply for repairs / servicing of units beyond warranty period.
